Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Purple Billing is a billing reconciliation and revenue assurance service designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that use SentinelOne. Purple Billing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to SentinelOne, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use Purple Billing. By using these services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Purple Billing only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or any malicious content
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks

5. SentinelOne API Access

Purple Billing connects to SentinelOne using API credentials that you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right and authority to grant Purple Billing API access to your SentinelOne environment. We recommend using a read-only service account with the minimum required permissions.

We do not store your SentinelOne API key in plain text. All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

6. Subscription and Billing

Access to Purple Billing is provided on a subscription basis. Your plan is based on the number of endpoints under management. Prices and plan details are available on our Pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features comprising Purple Billing are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the service or its content. You retain ownership of all data you input into the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Purple Billing is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of billing data derived from your SentinelOne environment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, except where prohibited by law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the State of California for any matters not subject to arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
