Do I need SentinelOne Admin access?

No. We recommend creating a Service User with viewer-only permissions. Finance teams can use Purple Billing without ever logging into the EDR console.

Does this support multiple accounts?

Yes. If you manage multiple SentinelOne accounts, we can aggregate them into a single billing view.

How does the "Unbilled" detection work?

We audit enabled modules against your configured billing rules. If a site has "Network Discovery" enabled but you haven't marked it as a billable add-on for that customer, we flag it.

Is my data secure?
